Between 2007 and 2011, Tom was global head of media at The Climate Group where he worked on a broad range of international reports and environmental initiatives with high profile business and political leaders from the NGO’s international network of corporations, cities, states and regions.
He has supported ground-breaking low-carbon projects within the power, finance, retail, aviation, carbon capture, infrastructure and urban sustainability sectors.
Prior to this, Tom has been Director of Communications at HarperCollins Publishers, Head of PR at the British Airways London Eye, and a consultant at a number of leading PR companies.

Moin Mir has vast experience in branding and marketing having worked with leading consultancies in the UK and emerging economies like India and the Middle East. He has a sound understanding of social challenges faced in South Asia and brings with him knowledge on how to get corporate responsibility channelled to meet these social challenges.Moin is based in London and spends a fair amount of time in India as well. He has a passion for history- particularly Mughal and the Raj in the sub-continent. He is a father of two girls. 12 year old Aara and 10 year old Zohaa.

4) Ramona Mitrica
Ramona came to London as the cultural attaché of the Embassy of Romania to the UK. A manager of cultural events, an editor, a translator and now she is a publisher, through Profusion books. Ramona is director of the company Profusion International Creative Consultancy, and behind the Romanian Film Festival in London. In 2013 she was awarded the Ambassador's Diploma for outstanding contribution to the promotion of the image of Romania in the UK through culture.
5) Charlotte McDougall
is a communication and leadership coach advisor.
Founded CMA in 2002. For the last 15 years they have been working with top city institutions, recently having advised teams and individuals from Barclays, Deloitte, Deutsche Bank, Unilever and Visa. Charlotte lives in London with her young family and a scruffy dachshund.
6) Alex Hickman

Alex was a former foreign affairs advisor to David Cameron, the British Prime Minister. He was previously Chief Executive of several single issue political campaigns in the UK, and Campaign Manager of Restless Development, running fundraising campaigns across sub Saharan Africa. He also worked in the Balkans as a journalist for the Economist Intelligence Unit. He is on the Advisory Board of Open Europe and is a key advisor to CPSL.
